Your tasks
- You have our team's back - organisationally, administratively and in day-to-day business
- You support our consultants with research, presentations and projects
- You will be involved in the realisation of events & media activities
- You take care of invoices and preparatory bookkeeping
- You coordinate appointments, maintain documents and liaise with service providers
- You contribute creatively - e.g. in social media or brainstorming sessions
- You organise everyday office life and ensure that the back office runs smoothly
Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position (office management, assistance or similar)
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media & affinity for digital tools
- Eye for visuals & design - for photo shoots, formatting and simple graphics
- Structured, precise way of working and personal responsibility
- Team spirit, openness and enjoyment of thinking along with others

- 30 to 38.5 hours per week - flexible by arrangement
